However, resorts do vary in how they enforce the Guest Certificate policy. Be sure to contact the resort in advance, and even then there is no guarantee. If the person at the front desk requires a Guest Certificate, your guest will be inconvenienced while they contact RCI to have one faxed. I have personally received such calls in the past, so I know that some resorts are very strict. You will definitely want to find out about your confirmed resort specifically before sending your guest. ------------------ ~ Madge IP: Logged
