Madge,
Just yesterday I found myself composing a post complimenting the tech team for doing weekly maintenance without rendering the site unusable. I didn't get around to sending it. That turned out to be a good thing because this morning after I put in user name and password there is a BLANK screen. All the ads seem to come up fine, though!

I've been getting the same blank screen for several days including today. I tried using a different browser, but since I couldn't remember password or logon info, I asked the website to email it to me. It never came.

Same here - it's seems to log in, but then there's a blank screen for my account. It's happened on 2 different computers on 2 different days.

After I get my choice of resorts that I can exchange into, I click on one, look at it and then click the back button or the sentence that allows me to look back at my other options. I get a page that says "the page cannot be displayed." This is a recent problem but is very frustrating. I think it began after I got a new computer earlier this month. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the suggestion. I could not get in today with IE so I tried Netscape and it worked. Although others have been reporting this since 12/22, this is my first time with a problem.

What is going on RCI? I find it ironic that there are so many obvious problems with your computer system, yet when we question more important issues that could be related to "glitches" such as trading power anomallies, we are expected to blindly accept them. Madge, do you see why some of us are less than trusting?

Same here, lots of ads but no content.

I guess I'll have to try Netscape.

Can't get in this morning (7:45 am EST) using IE 5.0. Logged in and then just a blank page with advertisements.
Just talked to a VC and she said their site has been down systemwide since yesterday and they hope to have it up today. VC can do seaches if you call them because they use a non web based system.
Happy Holidays
