The resorts I have included are as below, copied and pasted directly from the "Modify My Search" page generated by the website: 0883 Residenza Casa Vuotto 1312 Palazzo del Giglio-Residenza Alberg 2256 Villa Flavio Gioia 2809 Antico Palazzo Scala 2811 Dimore la Vecchia Firenze 3093 Hotel Villa Igea 3094 Ischia Uno Residence 3124 Domina Piccolo 3573 Domina Royal 3946 Borgo di Vagli 4182 Il Poggio 4267 La Bastide du Roy Rene 4270 Carpediem Roma Golf Club 4887 Carpediem Assisi Living Club 5283 Portofino Est Residence 5494 Le Golfe Bleu 5808 Hotel Piccola Fenice 5884 I Cieli di Roma Unfortunately, the codes do not match up correctly with the resort names generated by the web page, i.e. code 0883 is NOT "Residenza Casa Vuotto" in the RCI directory. Send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com and enter TUG in the subject line. If you will provide your online password (not your Login Name, since we can obtain that from our end) we can test this and report the results to our technical staff. Is this an issue that is affecting everyone or just a few of us? Will it be corrected? I'm wondering whether others on TUG see this when they do the same. If so, Madge, I imagine the programmers could easily replicate the problem by setting up a test account. IP: Logged

Testing in production is the best way for us to relay information to technical staff that they will view as reliable. I know that we have forwarded a few instances like what you're describing; however, the more we can prove, the better.
