Hi Madge,

My ongoing search has been running for a couple of months now. The resorts I have included are as below, copied and pasted directly from the "Modify My Search" page generated by the website:

0883 Residenza Casa Vuotto
1312 Palazzo del Giglio-Residenza Alberg
2256 Villa Flavio Gioia
2809 Antico Palazzo Scala
2811 Dimore la Vecchia Firenze
3093 Hotel Villa Igea
3094 Ischia Uno Residence
3124 Domina Piccolo
3573 Domina Royal
3946 Borgo di Vagli
4182 Il Poggio
4267 La Bastide du Roy Rene
4270 Carpediem Roma Golf Club
4887 Carpediem Assisi Living Club
5283 Portofino Est Residence
5494 Le Golfe Bleu
5808 Hotel Piccola Fenice
5884 I Cieli di Roma

Unfortunately, the codes do not match up correctly with the resort names generated by the web page, i.e. code 0883 is *NOT* "Residenza Casa Vuotto" in the RCI directory.

I'd appreciate assurances that this bug is not affecting my ongoing search in anyway.

Please let the Communications Team test this using your account. Send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com and enter TUG in the subject line. If you will provide your online password (not your Login Name, since we can obtain that from our end) we can test this and report the results to our technical staff.

Funny..I posted the same issue on 11/1 in the "New Look of RCI.com" thread running in this category, also emailed feedback@rci.com with my account information and never received a response.

Is this an issue that is affecting everyone or just a few of us? Will it be corrected?

Quickly losing both confidence and patience...

I also posted this problem in the same thread, and the codes scramble differently every time I go in to modify resort choices. I'm wondering whether others on TUG see this when they do the same. If so, Madge, I imagine the programmers could easily replicate the problem by setting up a test account.

If you did not receive a response, I am sorry to hear it. Testing in production is the best way for us to relay information to technical staff that they will view as reliable.

I know that we have forwarded a few instances like what you're describing; however, the more we can prove, the better. Please resend your message if you did not receive a response.
