Has anyone stayed in a Villas at Fairway (Poconos) 2-Bedroom unit? What is the bed layout? From the website floor plan, it looks like only a one-bedroom plus loft.

I have stayed there couple of years ago. I almost want to say that they only have 2 bedrooms, but I could be wrong. The 2 BR unit I stayed was very spacious, new. Master bedroom with Jacucci. Very much like other Marriott vacation clubs I stayed.

I think Kathy is refering to the units in the Pocono Mountains, not the Seaview units in Galloway /Absecon, NJ (right outside Atlantic City.)

Kathy, we stayed in a 2-bedroom unit a few years ago and quite liked it. The large master bedroom with jacuzzi ensuite was down a few steps from the front entrance. A few steps up from the entrance, you had the living, dining rooms and kitchen. There was also a half bath on the main level. There was a stairway up to the second bedroom with its own bath, not a loft. Hope this helps.

We stayed there a couple of years ago, and thought that the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and attractive. The unit we were in was three levels, with the master suite downstairs. When you enter the unit, a few stairs up to the main floor where the kitchen and living room are located, then up a flight of stairs to guest bedroom and bath. Also a 3rd bathroom on the landing. Plenty of soaps and things...really very nice.

This is the part I am having trouble figuring out. From looking at the floor plans, it looks like a ONE bedroom plus loft. It appears that the master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, the living room sofa is a sleeper, and the loft has another queen bed. Here is the floor plan I am referring to http://www.resortsusa.com/fwfloor.htm
Are you saying that there is a loft in addition to the 2nd bedroom?

Hi Kathy,
It looks like this: when you walk in, you are on a small landing which is like a foyer, and it includes a small bathroom, and I think a utility closet. You go down a few steps into the master suite, and up a few steps to the main floor where the sleeper couch is. The next level up, which I don't really think of as a loft because there is a bedroom with a closed door and ditto with guest bath. However, it could be thought of as a loft...Does this explain it?

Are there two different floor plans? We stayed there a few years ago. I thought that there were two bedrooms and one bath on the bottom level, a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the second level and a spiral staircase to a loft that had a pull- out couch. It looks like there are steps (versus spiral staircase) to the top level which is why I think they may have changed the floor plans.
