Craig:

I have a 1 bedroom, sleeps 4, full kitchen, deposited from Nautical Watch Resort, Belleair Beach, Fl. but it is listed as a 1 bedroom, sleeps 2, limited kitchen. How do I get this corrected? I wanted to deposit another week but not if it is listed as this one is.

Thanks Evie

Your problem might be that your unit only sleeps 2 privately but 4 maximum. Then it would be listed as a sleeps 2. Does the kitchen have a stove? If not it could be listed as limited even if it has everything else.

It has a full size stove, refrig., microwave, dishwasher.
It does only sleep 2 privately but will sleep 4 with the sleeper sofa.

Thanks

Several posibilities. Since it's a new resort, it could be listed wrong. Another possibility is if there are multiple confirgurations. Contact the resort and ask them to help.

The issue usually has to do with private access to the bathroom. The most common reason for this exception to the private sleeping capacity is because you need to pass through one sleeping area to get to the bathroom. In a one bedroom unit, the bathroom needs two doors, one from the living area and one from the bedroom, to be listed as sleeping four privately.
