The Ask Interval International forum was established as a means of posting questions to and getting direct answers from Craig Urbine, Vice President Member Services, Interval International. At the end of 2003 Craig announced the end of his participation in this forum. No replacement representative has been provided by Interval International, so this forum has been closed to further posts. EdB TUG Member Posts: 7145 From: Arizona Registered: Dec 2000	posted 06-19-2003 05:20 Several years ago, Cendant was formed through the merger of CUC and HFS. HFS owned RCI and CUC owned II. As part of the merger agreement, to avoid antitrust problems, Cendant agreed to sell off II. II was later purchased by USA Interactive. The two exchange companies are completely independent. I am locking this topic on Ask II and moving it to the Exchanging board. Any further discussion of this topic should take place there. IP: Logged
