Yes - I am an owner - and totally outraged! According to the Rules of Indies Suite Club - that I have:Article 4 - Section - N - "The company shall ensure that all Facilities are covered by insurance customarily carried for such Facilities to replace them in the event of destruction" What do I do? How do I seek recovery from a Cayman Island business?

You can't get blood out of a turnip. My guess is the owners will get nothing but some lawyers will get something. If I were an owner I'd be livid as well, but reality starts to kick in and you see that it's a losing battle. Now if the developer has other major holdings, there might be a chance, but it doesn't sound like that's the case. All you can hope for is jail time for the appropriate people.------------------ Dean My Home Page IP: Logged |
